Information we receive
When you make an inquiry, we receive your name, email, project description and service of interest. You may also share your company, phone, website, budget, preferred start date and contact method. Your company website is optional. Please avoid passwords, financial information or sensitive personal data in your message.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your inquiry, assess your project and coordinate next steps. Form consent allows us to contact you about that inquiry; it is not a subscription to advertising. Without the required fields, we cannot process the form.
Providers and security
The form sends your inquiry through Resend to Jelantec's team inbox. Vercel hosting and email services may process information outside Peru. These providers help host the website and deliver communications. Please wait until we agree on a channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement before sharing confidential project information.
Retention
Your inquiry remains in the email systems used to respond to it. We retain information while handling the inquiry and following up on the business relationship, and where needed for legal obligations or disputes. You can ask about retention or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Your rights in Peru
You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to the processing of your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing azzam@jelantec.com. Identify the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate your inquiry. We may request proportionate identity verification. You can also contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
